I'm a big fan of Vedder and some songs on this album are great, but at least half of them are between 1 and 2 minutes.
I lived under a rock (raising children) during the 90s,so I have not heard a lot of Pearl Jam. This is one of the most beautiful albums of music I have ever heard. Stripped down and bare, the words and music touch my soul. Now I'll be approaching them using Eddie Vedder's solo work as a reference point. Don't know how it could get better than this.
I just love it. I love Pearl Jam, and love the voice of Eddie Vedder.
I loved the music in it. If you have not seen this yet, i urge that you do view the movie which is a true story about a young "Christofer McCandless.
This was and is a good movie. When i heard the music in the movie, i knew it was Eddie Vedder from Peal Jam.
Sean Penn made this movie. Emile Hursh plays Christofer.
The music is great, i listen to it all the time. Thanks Eddie Vedder, thank you Sean Penn.
I listen to this album over and over with a few favorite songs that get extra air time. It is typical Eddie Vedder with a little less heavy. Good lyrics and a variety of sound. Well done.
I'm a fan of Pearl Jam, but not too hardcore. After seeing the movie, I had to buy the soundtrack. Eddie Vedder does an outstanding job of capturing the theme of the movie. Definitely worth buying.
